In this interactive workshop you will get to knowBasics of Nonviolent Communication(NVC) an approach that helps to:
Recognize and express your feelings and needs.
Learn how to stand up for yourself without tension.
- understand others and build relationships based on respect and authenticity.

You use these skills everywhere in friendships, relationships, family, team or at work. If you want to communicate more clearly, calm down conflicts and better understand yourself and others this is the right place for you!
